The Core Methodology: Metric & Method

Part 1: The Diagnostic Anchor (Pulse Wave Velocity)

Your calendar age is set; your biological age is modifiable. Emerging scientific consensus confirms that your Vascular Age predicts future health risk and longevity far more accurately than the date on your birth certificate.

By tracking Pulse Wave Velocity (PWV)—the speed at which pressure waves travel through your arteries—we quantify the stiffness of your vascular system. It is the gold-standard metric of how fast you are aging, and the baseline we use to reverse it.

Part 2: The N-of-1 Protocol

Standard medicine relies on population averages (clinical trials). But you are not a population. You are a sample size of one. VSI applies the goldstandard for single-case experiments (N-of-1 trials) to your physiology to distinguish true signal from biological noise.

Figure 1: The VSI Process. We establish a baseline (Phase A). We introduce the intervention (Phase B). We only accept the intervention if the data crosses the statistical control limit shown in the analysis (Right).
